Tracy Lindstrom, LMFT

Do you feel stuck? Stuck in an unhealthy relationship? Stuck in the same emotional state – anxious, fearful, depressed, numb? Stuck in communication patterns that leave you feeling empty? Do you keep trying to feel or be something different, but it just doesn’t work? As Sheryl Sandberg says, “We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.” I work with clients to explore their mental health needs and develop healthier coping skills, thoughts processes and lifestyles.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families from many different cultures, socio-economic, sexual orientations, situations, and needs. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities in my practice to address the unique needs of each individual. Some of the modalities in which I am trained are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy); DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy); Imago; Gottman Method; Psychodynamic; Family Systems; BSFT (Brief Strategic Family Therapy); and Emotion-Focused.

I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, OCD, Sexual Dysfunction, Addiction, Marital/Relationship issues, Emotion/Anger management, Grief/Loss, Stress Management, Emotional Pain, Psychological Abuse, Self-Esteem, Relationship Conflicts, Parenting Management, Behavior Modification, Self-Esteem Issues, Eating Disorders, and Family Counseling.
