Steven Goff

I am a licensed therapist with both clinical and private practice experience. I have had the opportunity to travel to several places in the world while experiencing different cultures and walks of life.

I believe that therapy is about creating a safe place for people to express thoughts and feelings without judgment while helping guide them to a more congruent and happier life. Clients often state that working with me feels relaxed and insightful as I make it a goal to balance challenging unhealthy thought patterns and empathizing with valid feelings/experiences.
