You've probably tried talking about your feelings before. Maybe you've spent sessions just venting or rehashing the past, only to leave feeling like nothing has really changed. Your feelings aren't the enemy — they're signals. Staying stuck in them won't get you where you want to go. Real healing happens when we face the truth, even when it's uncomfortable, and start integrating what you already know into how you actually live today. I'm direct because I respect your time and your potential. I won't waste sessions repeating what you already know or tiptoe around hard truths just to keep the peace. If we're aligned on the idea that growth comes from honesty and present action — not endless comfort or digging up the past without purpose — we'll likely work well together. You already sense you're capable of creating more meaning, improving your relationships, and building a life that feels like yours. My job is to help you turn that into reality and then work myself out of a job.
