With over 20 years of clinical experience, I strive to help my clients achieve their goals through positive change and growth. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is insight oriented and focuses on each client as an individual, helping them to overcome life stressors and reach their goals in a way that is comfortable for the client.Therapeutic Interventions include, but are not limited to: Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
