Sara Lindsey, LPC

You are not alone. You are not inherently flawed. It is real to feel like you have failed. It is real to feel that there must be something wrong with you. It is real to feel like everyone else around you has it all figured out. As your therapist, I will provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for reflection, honesty, compassion, and confrontation. Yes, there are times when it is important to look ourselves in the mirror and ask “How did I get here?” or “What do I want to do now?”

I am passionate about working with people who feel lost. People who have experienced a major change in life and can’t seem to adjust. People that are dealing with things outside of their control.

My experience brings a broad view of the struggles of life, and how quickly life can feel uncontrollable. Whether it is due to addiction, mental health issues, co-dependency, divorce, loss, or simply adjusting to change; having a supportive, objective, professional to walk alongside you can make all the difference.

I jive best with individuals looking for short-term, solution-focused counseling, and are comfortable with a more direct approach.  I would love the chance to join the journey.
