I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years of experience. My approach to treatment is grounded in contemporary standards of evidence based practice with a relational, depth-oriented style. I focus on helping you resolve emotional, relational, and psychological challenges so that you experience more authenticity and satisfaction in relationships, work, and life. Using a non-judgmental stance of understanding, we will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that supports you on your journey of healing, growth, and change. I have experience working with many different issues, but most often I work with challenges relating to anxiety, depression, and conflicts in relationships. I also devote a portion of my practice to treating children/adolescents, families, and couples.
