I hold an independent license to practice Clinical Mental Health and Pastoral Counseling in Maine. I treat and diagnose mental illness in all of its forms. Other areas of treatment include but are not limited to relationship, family, anxiety, depression, and issues of spirituality and spiritual abuse. My practice is first Rogerian or “Person Centered”. I also employ several additional evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness practice, enhancing and individualizing your treatment and success.
