Leslie Lambert transitioned from a 12-year career operating a wedding venue into mental health treatment, drawn by a passion for connecting with people. She earned a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2006 and later became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, working as a primary clinician in two residential treatment centers before joining Stanford Psychological Services. A mother in recovery herself, she works with individuals navigating addiction and its ripple effects alongside co-occurring anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, blending evidence-based modalities with neuroscience psychoeducation.
