Amy Gillespie, LCSW

We all have times when we are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed or just not in the place where we want to be in life.  When we are in that space, we can feel alone and the decision to find support can be overwhelming.  The most important part of therapy is the relationship with your therapist and it’s important to feel safe and heard.  I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space to explore what is bringing you to therapy and work with you to help you to you reach the goals you have set for yourself.

I am an experience Licensed Clinical Social Worker and offer a variety of approaches including EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT, which I adapt to meet your own specific needs. I aim to provide empathy, insight, and accountability to help you address what motivates your behavior,

I have worked in a variety of settings with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of needs and symptoms including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance use and life transitions
