I value the healing power of positive relationships, especially the one you have with yourself. Together, we can work on strengthening your coping skills so that you are better equipped to manage and handle life’s challenges and transitions.

My hope is to create an authentic therapeutic alliance with you and assist you in developing a solid emotional core to help you emerge from whatever struggles you are facing. I have 17 years of experience working with people on a range of issues including: depression, anxiety, grief/death/loss, various traumas and abuse, PTSD, brief/crisis intervention, psychosis, anger management, relationship/marital issues (interpersonal violence, divorce, co-parenting, child custody), military service/Veterans, LGBTQ issues, immigrant and racial discrimination, geriatric and aging issues. I am here to provide safe, culturally aware, progressive, trauma-informed care and I look forward to working collaboratively with you towards healing and strength!
