Erin Tiedeman is a dual-diagnosis counselor with extensive experience helping adults work through the complicated overlap of mental health and substance use. She believes recovery is rarely a straight line, and that meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen — not labeled by a diagnosis or a setback.
